Feed My Starving Children

Oak Grove UMC’s 2015 Summer Mission Emphasis is Feed My Starving Children

Who is Feed My Starving Children?

A Christian non-profit founded in 1987, FMSC equips people to turn hunger into hope with their own two hands.

Oak Grove UMC MobilePack invites our church members, guests, children (5 and older) to pack MannaPack meals, scientifically developed to reverse and prevent malnutrition. The food is then donated to selected missions and humanitarian agencies worldwide who use it to operate orphanages, schools, healthcare facilities, community feeding programs, and other interventions in poverty.

Rescued from hunger and its risks – including stunted development, ill health, slavery, and even an early death – children can develop healthy bodies. They can go to school, earn a living, and bring prosperity to their families, communities, and nations.

Hunger becomes hope. And it starts with food!!
