Please fill out the following form to reserve a vehicle from the church.
Please remember:
- Register for the vehicle well in advance. While we will try to get you the vehicle you request, we can't "hold" a particular vehicle
- Registering for a vehicle does not guarantee the vehicle; a confirmation email will be sent to you-only after receiving this email are you confirmed for the vehicle
- After registering for your vehicle, the church will require a copy of your driver's license. You can stop by the church office anytime after receiving your confirmation to have a copy made.
- You will be resposible for reurning the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Please bring gas receipts to the church office.
