Staff Profile

Dale has been at Oak Grove since March of 2011. He was born in Seville, Spain to Air Force parents but grew up in Northern Maine and the farmlands of Southeastern Kansas. He is a graduate of Atlanta Christian College with a degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Religion. Prior to Oak Grove he was on staff at Emory University’s Candler School of Theology for 21 years. Dale is a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard, having served at Marcus Island, Japan; Coast Guard Far East Section Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan; the Coast Guard Institute in Oklahoma City, OK; and completing his seven years of service as a recruiter based in Atlanta.
