John earned his master’s degree in Sacred Music at Emory University and served at Embry Hills UMC before beginning more than 12 years of service at Decatur First UMC. He comes with his wife of 20 years, Lisa, two children, Wesley and Lucy, and a miniature schnauzer, Kayley, who is pretty sure she is his third child.
