Christian Believer Wednesdays 6:30-8:30 p.m., starting September 6th in Room 207, Bill Rose and Mark Byrne facilitating• A 30-week study examines the writings of ancient and modern Christian commentators and view video presentations by leading Bible scholars.• Focus is on classical teachings of the Christian faith—presenting, explaining, and interpreting them in a way that participants can understand, through the use of words, symbols, and hymns.• Participant books (study guide and book of readings): $63
Disciple 1: Becoming Disciples through Bible Study Wednesdays 7-9 p.m., starting September 6th in Room 203 with Stephanie Byrne facilitating• A 34-week overview of the entire Bible• Study gives the Old and New Testaments equal time, emphasizing the wholeness of the Bible as a revelation of God• Draws upon the work of scholars, the personal Bible reading and study of the participant, and dynamic group discussion to aid understanding of the Bible. You may take this course as many times as you like.• Participant book: $45
