Fourth & fifth graders will lead the Children's Christmas Eve Service on December 24th at 3 PM in Oak Grove Park. We will practice on Sundays: Dec 4, 11, & 18, from 2-3:30 PM. Use this link (will send link soon) to sign up your 4th or 5th grader to tell the Christmas Story with drama, costumes, & song.

On Saturday, January 29th, Oak Grove UMC will host a Certified CPR/1st Aid Training. The class will is from 9:30-12:30 AM in Grand Hall. It is $25/person. Space is limited. Arrive for check-in at 9:20 AM. Please note that if you run more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to attend the course.

Fifth graders--it's time for the annual 5th grade retreat Feb 3-4! We're headed to the Aquarium to dive deep into the 3 Simple Rules--do no harm, do good, & stay in love with God. Parents, drop off & pick up at the Aquarium. Drop off is on the Grass Lawn in front of the Aquarium at 5:30 PM. Pick up is outside of the gift shop at 12 noon. Eat dinner before you arrive. We'll have a snack, play some games, & sing songs together before heading inside. A bedtime snack, breakfast, & mid-morning snack is provided. Cost is $170. You don't have to be a church member to attend, but you do need to register.
