Worship at Oak Grove

Traditional 8:30 & 11am –Traditional worship at Oak Grove is a vital and dynamic experience of music, praise, prayer, liturgy and preaching. From warm, fresh-baked communion bread, a gigantic horn of plenty at Thanksgiving, candles held high to the tune of Silent Night, Holy Night at Christmas, Oak Grove worship calls on all of our senses. Traditional Sunday worship takes place every Sunday morning in the Sanctuary at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., featuring the choral music from the outstanding Oak Grove choirs. The Oak Grove Orchestra performs monthly to further enhance the traditional worship experience.

Modern 10:45am – If you prefer a little more edgy rock to your worship, try 10:45 Modern worship in the Fellowship Hall. Atticus Hicks and our Modern Worship band lead us in worship using carefully selected, modern Christian music. Our contemporary worship includes communion on the first Sunday of the month, and powerful special services at Christmas and Easter. If the Spirit moves in your life through worship in a setting with multi-media, modern Christian music, integrated in ancient practices of worship, then 10:45am Modern Worship will feed your soul.
